Deep-penetrating primer

To prime substrates before applying floors and subfloors (cement-based and anhydrite), also prime surfaces to be painted with water dilutable acrylic and PVAc paints. To prime absorptive and dust-generating mineral substrates, such as concrete, cellular concrete, cement and anhydrite floors, cement-based plasters, cement-lime plasters, gypsum and mineral-polymer, and gypsum-cardboard panels.
